FAQ
When will I receive my box?
All boxes will be processed through our warehouse from the last calendar day of every month. It can take 7 working days after the last day of the month for your order to be dispatched to the courier. This is when your tracking will start to update. Please note, if you have ordered any other products with your Budget Box all products will be sent together when your Budget Box is dispatched.
Is the “one time purchase budget box” guaranteed?
No. If our subscription list is full then the one time purchase will not be available. This is why we highly recommend subscribing to guarantee your box every month.
Will the payment come out the same day every month?
Your subscription will commence in the month that you have selected to sign up. However your subscription payment will be taken between the 28th-31st depending on how many days are in that particular month. This will also be when your box is prepared. For example, if you choose to sign up on the 10th January you will be billed on the day you purchase for your first initial box and your box will be sent from 7 working days after the last day of the month. However your next payment will not be until 28th Feb.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You are permitted to cancel your monthly subscription at any time and will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, please note that if you sign up to either the 6 or 12 month subscription purchase, these will not be refunded once purchased and you will not be compensated for exiting the subscription early.
What products will I receive in my box?
Your products will vary every month. You will receive a mixture of brand new products and a selection of our stay in line best sellers.
Will I be charged shipping?
You will automatically be charged shipping fees when your subscription payment is withdrawn on the agreed date. Shipping costs will be subject to location. Please see delivery FAQ’s for more info.
What is the 6 month subscription?
The 6 month subscription is a 1 off payment of £150 in which you receive 6 consecutive Budget Boxes with the last month free saving you a total of £30. The first box you will receive will be the month that you have signed up in. For example if you purchased the 6 month subscription on 10th January your first box will be the January Budget Box that will be sent out 7 working days after the last day of the month.
You will automatically be charged shipping fees every month when your box has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the 12 month subscription?
The 12 month subscription is a 1 off payment of £300 in which you receive 12 consecutive Budget Boxes with the first and last month free saving you a total of £60. Your first box will be the month that you have signed up in. For example if you purchased the 12 month subscription on 10th January your first box will be the January Budget Box that will be sent out 7 working days after the last day of the month.
You will automatically be charged shipping fees every month when your box has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Will I be charged customs if my box is being sent internationally?
You may be charged customs fees, subject to location. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of customs and we cannot guarantee that you won’t incur customs charges. For more info regarding customs fees please contact your local customs office.
